Connected to nutrition
Your workout routine appears with the same generated blueprint as your calorie target, macros, meal structure and recovery guidance.
The routine is a general template for healthy adults. Pain, injury, medical restrictions and sport-specific programming require individual assessment.
Required exercises versus optional work
Each session starts with the movements that define the day. Complete those first. Accessory exercises are labelled optional so a short session still has a clear purpose and users do not mistake every listed exercise for a requirement.
How progression works
Use controlled technique and finish most working sets with some repetitions still possible. When you reach the top of the prescribed repetition range across all sets, increase resistance by the smallest practical amount or choose a harder variation. If performance falls for several sessions, reduce fatigue before adding more work.
Match the routine to recovery
A calorie deficit can reduce training recovery. During a cut, protect the main lifts and use optional volume only when sleep, soreness and performance are stable. During maintenance or a lean bulk, progress gradually rather than adding exercises without a clear reason.
Safety and scope
Stop an exercise that causes sharp pain, dizziness or unusual symptoms. Beginners benefit from qualified coaching for technique. The generator does not diagnose injuries or replace rehabilitation, medical care or programming for competitive sport.
