Information stored by the planner

Your age, sex, height, weight, planning preferences, generated-plan state, check-ins and workout completion state may be saved using browser local storage. MacroForge does not send these values to an application database.

Deleting your data

Use your browser’s site-data controls to remove data stored for macroforge.site. Clearing browser data or using a different browser or device also removes access to the locally stored history.

External services

The site loads web fonts from Google Fonts and is delivered through Cloudflare. Optional contribution buttons open Razorpay in a new tab, where Razorpay’s own privacy terms apply. Links to research and source material open third-party websites.
